Treatment prices per session

- Intake session 60-75 minutes £50,00
- Session 60-75 minutes £85,00
- Book a course of 5 sessions and get £15,- discount
- 10 session/Intensive Personal Development Plan 10% discount paying in full at the start of the first session. Or 5% discount if you pay per session. Full discount will be applied at the payment of session 10
- 6-months fine-tuning subscription £490,- for 6-sessions
Coaching sessions can be done face-to-face or online worldwide in the languages English and Dutch.
For the prices in €, the current exchange rate will be applied.
NOTE: Online sessions must be paid via an invoice, prior to the start of the session.
Terms and conditions
- Contactless payment directly after the session
- Payment for online sessions must be made prior to the session, by means of an invoice.
- Course of 5 session and Tuning-sessions must be paid in full after the first session of the series, to receive the discount.
- 5 sessions must be completed within 8 weeks
- 10 sessions must be completed within 15 weeks
- Sessions are not transferable to other persons
- Extension of the term is not possible
The personal development program is not a fixed program as I try to tailor it as much as possible to your needs.

- Our map of the world <The ‘map’ is the way we see the world (the territory). It is subjective and therefore everyone sees and interprets things differently based on their own life> experiences, perspectives and beliefs..>
- Levels in life <On what level in your life is is the most urgent to make changes>
- Obstacles & Resources <what are you obstacles in achieving your goal(s) and which resources can help you to achieve your goal(s)>
- (limiting) beliefs <A limiting belief is a state of mind or belief about yourself that restricts you in some way. These beliefs are often false accusations you make about yourself that can cause a number of negative results.>
- Empowering beliefs <Empowering beliefs are helpful, positive and accurate. They give us strength, courage, positivity and a sense of possibility. They build our confidence and help us believe in a successful outcome.>
- Values <Values are high-level generalizations that describe what is important to you. Values can be thought of as the buttons that we either approach or avoid in life. They determine if we are going towards or away from a result.>
- Automatic thoughts <Automatic Thoughts are the thoughts that automatically arise in our minds all throughout the day. Often, we are completely unaware we are even having thoughts, but with a little instruction and practice, you can learn to easily identify them, and, as a result, get a better handle on your mood and behavior.>
- Thought stopping <Thought-stopping describes the process of suppressing, or pushing away, unwanted thoughts. This technique aims to disrupt negative thinking patterns and redirect thoughts to something that helps relieve distress.>
- Reframing <Changing the frame of reference is called reframing in NLP. The purpose of reframing is to help a person experience their actions, the impact of their beliefs, etc. from a different perspective (frame) and potentially be more resourceful or have more choice in how they react.>
- Goal setting <NLP has within it a way of thinking and a way of goal setting that means I can help you align your unconscious mind behind the goals you want to achieve. We use the ‘keys to achievable outcomes’ to ensure your goals are well formed.>

Cancellation policy
Cancellation and changes must take place at least 24 hours in advance. If cancelled within 24 hours, the full treatment costs will be charged:
Cancelling or rescheduling a treatment as a result of illness, COVID-exposure or unforeseen circumstances within the cancellation period: There will be no initial charge. This will be allowed a maximum of 2 times, the third time the full amount for the booked treatment will be charged.
